Our northwest-facing vineyard, overlooking rolling hills to Arthur’s Seat, is ideal for producing a fruit-forward Pinot Gris, and our 2024 vintage delivers in spades.
Light and zesty on the palate with strong hints of pear, lemon, and apple, it offers a well-rounded finish and is a great wine to enjoy with poultry and pork.
Handpicked from a single vineyard high on the slopes of Arthurs Seat at 200 metres, our Pinot Gris on Skins speaks of site and season. From our stunning north-west facing plot, the fruit captures long afternoon light, coastal breezes and cool evenings, delivering both freshness and depth.
The vibrant hue comes naturally from extended skin contact, drawing out the coppery tones of the skins resulting in an amazing layering of texture and complexity into the wine. Bright, expressive and textural – perfectly suited to be paired with seafood or enjoyed as a refreshing aperitivo on a warm summer evening.
Handcrafted from a single vineyard on the Mornington Peninsula, this wine was hand-picked on the 8th of March 2025. A thoughtful blend of four classic Pinot Noir clones—Abel, 777, 115 and MV6—has been brought together to showcase the depth and character of this renowned cool-climate region. Rich in texture and full-bodied, it carries layers of dark cherry, spice and earthy complexity, balanced by fine tannins and a long, elegant finish. A true expression of place and season, this pinot noir is crafted with patience and care to reward both early enjoyment and time in the cellar.
Hand-picked from our single vineyard 200m above Port Phillip Bay, this small volume chardonnay blends the classic Mendoza and 95 clones. The sun-drenched north-west facing slope benefits from the cooling influence of sea breezes and crisp evening air, allowing the grapes to develop vibrant natural acidity while ripening slowly to reveal layered complexity.
The Mornington Peninsula’s maritime climate and unique soils lend this wine a distinct sense of place: delicate stone fruit and citrus aromas are complemented by subtle nutty and mineral notes, while the palate shows richness and texture without heaviness. A true reflection of our vineyard and the cool-climate region it calls home.
